MRS. DIEPREYE I. DATORU
Tamunodiepreye Datoru was born on 25th September, 1979 in Okrika L.G.A, Rivers State. She attended Sea Shell Model Primary School, Port-Harcourt where she obtained her First School Certificate in 1987. In 1994 she obtained her West African school certificate in St Scholastica Girls High School Bakana. She proceeded to Rivers State University, Port Harcourt from 2000 to 2005 where she obtained B.Sc in Accountancy (Second Class Upper division).
She qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2018. She also qualified as Microfinance Certified Banker (MCIB) in 2018. She began her working career in 2009 with Wilson Foods and Confectioneries as Accounts Officer. She joined U&C Microfinance Bank as a Bank Trainee in 2012. She had served as a cash teller, assistant fund transfer officer, assistant internal control officer, treasury officer and cash officer respectively. She was made the Acting Head of Finance of U&C MFB on 1st September, 2017 and Head of Finance in 2018. In August 2020 she became the Head of Internal Audit. She has attended on the jobs trainings on Payment Basic System, ACI, ATM and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
